If you're trying to avoid that, I'd say you're in need of rescue. If there is a way to find your current coordinates and you could post them here. I'd be willing to join to attempt a rescue. I'm not too privy to any console commands, but if you're interested I'd be willing to explore the possibility.
Oops. I completely forgot that was possible. That may be your easiest answer OP. Hopefully you have some decent food on you for your stamina.
open the console (Press F5)

close the console (Press ESC)
press the Z key on your keyboard (enable flight) and fly to land

They got themselves into the situation in a normal fashion, how does that qualify for a cheat menu option?
I mean if they got stuck behind an un breakable tree and rock or something... but this was just a normal situation.
EDIT ADD- OP should do what they want... I just disagree that this was some justification if you normally consider that cheating.
Edit: That said, OP, if you die in the water and don't have materials for a boat out to your corpse marker, I'd be willing to bring a Karve to your server and assist you getting it back. That's 100% intended gameplay, unlike flying or teleporting or spawning your stuff from thin air.
