Vulcan only if it does not run smoothly in normal mode. Vulcan is for better fps on weaker systems by the cost of grafics beauty.

Main Vulkan features are better work distribution between CPU and GPU and in theory better multicore support.

Also lots of AMD users apparently have less issues with Vulkan since it's based on a previous AMD API.

The statement that Vulkan somehow reduces graphics quality is wrong.

I found Vulkan API keeps causing my game to freeze after a while of play, which messes up progress. It does seem to add a few more FPS but ... each of my plays that have 'bugged' it was on Vulkan and not once on Dx.

Try it out and see how works, at the worse it may not launch then you simply use Dx instead.

Vulkan does nothing for me as in "it doesn't work at all just instant crash".

my game loses like 15 to 20 FPS if I try to run on Vulkan, AMD RX 560
