I relly dont get spirit damage when you are abel to do it ingame all but the last boss "who is weak to it" is imune why make a damage type make the use for it such an eage case?

Anything undead or unpure.

Wraiths HATE it. Fenrings, zombos. Its pretty useful and looks cool when it goes off. Does very well in the swamps.

Its very useful, and is why the silver sword iirc is the highest DPS weapon in the game is because of it.

Highest damage versus stuff thats damaged by spirit prolly.

Not gonna be higher damage then a black metal sword versus anything else.

I guess then, that you really didn't get why the Witcher carries different types of swords either.
Know your enemy and choose the weapons that work best against it. That isn't so hard to get, is it?
