I have watched the thunder storms since this rumor came up. I have never seen anything in the sky during lightning. Is this real?

i just saw this dude (i meant odin not OP) pop up while i was rushing to build a makeshift port at the black forest i landed at at night. nearly scared the ♥♥♥♥ out of me.
did some googling and found out it was odin.
