if you found a wild have, it will produce no honey
you need to destroy it, gather the queen bee and wood, then make a safe area for the hives, then build the hive
check to see that bees are happy
and each will produce honey, around 1 per game day with cap of 4

can you make a screenshot?

you need a queenbee, find beehives and shoot them, then hope that it drops a queenbee.
then you can make a beehive

i have 3 beehive. At the beginning it is also shown to me that the bees are happy. that disappears after a while and nothing happens. no honey and no more news that the bees are happy

bees are happy, it will take about a game day for them to make 1 honey

It doesn't tell you anything when you check the bees? I think the trees are a little close possibly. I usually put them up off the ground, on a post for example.

Try placing them where you grow crops but not to close to one another.

It may be the trees, they don't like things overhanging. Move them to an open area.

The hives cannot be enclosed. If the bees are not happy there's always (in my experience) a message like "The bees need more space." I like putting them on the roof of my house.

Are you running any mods?

Like is the honey maybe being auto put in a box or something? Or a mod conflict breaking the hives?

its not just a roof, a tall wall nearby will cause them to not produce.
you should get 4 a day or so per hive. they need to be about 2 vikings tall away from any sort of wall or roof.

Click on the bee hive. What does it say? If it doesn't say one of the following; the bees are happy, need more room, bees are sleeping, or drops honey than you got problems. I think mods are stuffing something up as your screen shot does not look vanilla as the prompt displayed is not a normal prompt .

They might need to be in more open spaces as the trees might be providing cover which might stop them producing honey. I'm just guessing since you haven't advised what it says when you press e on the hives

Trees are not a problem , i put some hives stuck with a wood to a pine and produced honey for ages.
The problem is dont put them to close each to another hive ( a minimal of 4m ) or putting something above
