I do but I don't have a good idea which values to tweak.
I saw that in the wiki but wasn't sure what impact it would have
i set mine high enough to where i can barely see the ground @ night
all fogs/rains/thunderstorms/blizzards/etc
includes boss and dungeon weathers too (I don't have anay visibility problems in crypts in general... so I just assume that you talk about the crypt's weather that it causes you a problem?)
you type "resetenv" to disable it (and bring back weather effects)
I don't have a weather problem, to my knowledge, i just can't make out where mud piles are against the stones (in the dead ends not the piles in a doorway). It's like I stare at a black screen clicking the ax wherever I see "muddy scrap pile" tooltip. Would like to actually be able to see room and surroundings more easily and can't hold a torch. Using the spotlight is more dangeous bc then I can't make out anything except where I'm looking.
you can try command to see if it's weather on your PC being weird tho
The rooms with torches are fine, the rooms with water, no light, etc, are hard to make out. My ability to discern contrast isn't as great at it once was and the swamp crypts and troll caves are particularly bad. Eg, I have 2 chests full of troll leather and only today realized there are chests in their caves because I never saw them before
