Poison Resist Duration & Cool Down

I would like to know what the duration and cool down periods are for the Poison Resistance Potion? Thank you in advance.

10 minute duration, no cooldown as far as I know. (But it does need to expire before drinkng another.)

It lasts 10 minutes. There is no cool down period; you can take another potion as soon as the first one's effect is over.

There's no cooldown, but you can't use another one to refresh the buff while it's active so you should still be a little careful when it's getting low.

also it needs to be in effect before you are poisoned. If you get poisoned and quickly chug one, it wont negate the poison at all.

I do believe there might be a buffer, but that would have to be verified.

I have definitely gotten killed by poison while fumbling around to drink a resist potion and taking too long. BUT, since I added it to my shortcut bar while in the swamp, I can hit the hotkey and drink it right after being poisoned and I am pretty sure I got the benefit.

Or perhaps I was just having another of those dang viking dreams...

you are correct, but if you do chug one after getting poisoned it does cut the poison duration down

As has been said, 10 minutes, You have to take it BEFORE being poisoned. It drank after being poisoned it does absolutely nothing for current poison effects unlike what some are claiming. (However if you get poisoned by the full effect, chug a poison resistance, then get poisoned again before the poison effect expires, the new weakened poison effect overwrites the old full damage one, as newer buffs/debuffs always overwrite older ones.)
If you are in the swamp, the sensible thing to do is just keep the buff up.
