Valheim.exe malwarebytes detected

So i've recently installed the game on a clean instal of windows and just now when I launched the game malwarebytes detected an IP coming from Valheim.exe saying it is a trojan. I'm still able to join my friend's game with this IP blocked but should I worry?

I've not been able to reproduce. Please uninstall the game, perform a full virus scan and then reinstall Valheim.

I have MalwareBytes and it has not detected anything with the .exe

I've seen people having more or less the same issue (but with different ips though) i'm doing a full scan right now i'll keep you posted!

There have been zero reports of malware, and it sounds like your machine was infected before the Valheim installation was performed. All scans for viruses/malware come back clean.

Valheim.exe malwarebytes detected [Updated]

So, I posted earlier about the fact that an IP was blocked from Valheim.exe and detected as a trojan but oddly enough my discussion was locked. SO I did scan my computer and no viruses at all were detected (I must precise that I am on a clean install of windows and that nothing else but steam and some of the games from my library are installed). Since the discussion was locked I was not able to provide explenations for the people who might encounter this issue but it just seems that it is a false positive from Malwarebytes. So for those who might encounter this issue no worries!
