It's a survival/crafting/exploration game, if there is no challenge involved then the game would be pointless.
In fact im going to try this. i'll go spawn him let him kill me and wait to see if he turns up.

in the first shot the blue lights are the boss so even at max render distance he will not attack

only after i got considerably closer did his name appear and start to attack
and don't mind the second death icon on the minimap as i was running back i got ambushed by a skeleton ^^
I wasn't hunted down, but he was still in the altar area when I grabbed my gear... I ran into the woods to slow him down and give myself time to regroup... I've seen a few posts of people saying that Eikthyr showed up at their base, but that has never happened to me.
I died so many times to Bonemass, if any boss was going to just knock on the door, it would've been him.
I could see if you had a house next to the altar and he starts to aggo on that ha ha.
My first house lately has been at the altar.

There is always a solution to problems in Valheim. Your current problem is that you tried to tackle the first boss before you were prepared to defeat him. Now your less well-equipped viking is not capable of rushing in and getting your corpse then making your escape.
So don't do that. All the bosses, including the first one, will remain close to where they either last killed you or last lost sight of you. In your case, if your resurrected viking cannot successfully flee the boss, lead him as far away from your spawn point as possible before he kills you again.
After being resurrected again, don't go back to where you were killed the second time. He will still be there. Concentrate instead on building a shelter, hunting deer, boar, and neck to get meat and hides, gathering mushrooms and raspberries. Explore as much as you can without venturing out of the Meadows or getting near the boss's last location.
Take as long as you need to get marginally proficient with the bow, at blocking and dodging melee attacks, and at managing your stamina. Sneaking helps a lot also. When you really feel you are ready, return to take on the first boss.
The first boss is weak to piercing damage, so the bow for ranged combat and the spear or knife for melee combat are the weapons of choice.
Valheim rewards planning, preparation and thinking. It does not matter how long it takes you to defeat any boss. The game provides no more reward for killing a boss on Day One than it does for killing a boss on Day One Thousand. Take your time. The game is over when you say it is over.
Now best meadows food gives you a lot of hp ( cooked boar and deer meat and honey ) , you just dont hunt any animal of cooked deer meat ...
If the map you played got ruined because of this, start a new one and dont rush bosses.
Most bosses use hit and run tactics, so make sure you are ready for that if you do fight them.
Nor does it change the fact you're calling the op a liar and using incorrect info as the basis of your 'argument'.
