Automatic Mod detection/installation?

I really like this game so far. I love the destructible mechanics (trees killing you, rocks breaking apart progressively, etc).
Obviously the game is very very very early access, but is there a plan to have a mod detection and installation system? Right now Nexus mods are used, but each player has to individually download the mods and if you're missing any or anything is slightly off, then other people cannot join the same server/session. I'm thinking something similar to Ark (but better without the timeouts), just wondered if it's in the works or at least envisioned

1. Dedicated Server
2. Domain or FTP Server
3. Build .Bat or Exe
4. And give it to players that you wannt to join your server
5. but notice the players cann still join your server without downloading some plugins from your server

7. you can use md5sum to check client and Server plugins but Notice the players musst follow your Instruction !
8. at thie time of early acces game its dificult to say are devs gonna make P2P

Afaik they have no plans for official modding support at any level.
