missing bronze axe /pickaxe recipe --Help plz

First boss killed
***bronze bars are crafted
***forge crafted
***core wood collected
still no recipe for bronze axe / pickaxe
have recipe only for bronze knife.

tryed to google alot but no luck. mostly ppl saying that after forge and core wood player should got a recipe.

the only other thing i can suggest is to upgrade the forge if possible, cant think of any other solutions than this sorry

the only upgrade that exist there is that *FORGE COOLER* but it need a fine wood that is chopped with bronze axe that i dont get.

You need access to corewood and bronze for the pickaxe recipe to pop up. You get corewood from pine trees (not fir) in the black forest. they require bronze axe. The bronze axe should be available at the forge (not the workbench) at any level, so long as you have access to a bronze ingot.

With what you're describing is sounds like a bug has occurred, but I'd need to actually look at what's going on in your game to verify that something wasn't missed.

have you made bronze ingots? Because the knife is made out of copper not bronze. To make bronze you need to collect tin on the water edge of the black forest and smelt it. 2 copper and 1 tin ingots make one bronze ingot in the forge. You unlock the bronze recipe once you smelt your first tin ingot.

I am 32 hours in and I only just figured out core wood exists. But this did not stop me getting the bronze axe.

nope it should appear when u smelt bronze ingot first time,must be bugged somehow.
Tinblue core is needed to unlock pickaxe iirc.

that was the solution. I am brain dead.
i had copper - not bronze. Tin bars reply helped.
So now everything is fine. thanks alot guys for helping.
