How to apply world seed to headless server?
I can't seem to find any information on where to feed a seed into a headless server.

I think I could create a world with a seed in single player and then move it over to my headless box? I'm just surprised it's not something you specify in the "start_headless_server.bat" file when giving a world name.

For me it was easy, "C:\Users\YourWindowsUser\AppData\LocalLow\IronGate\Valheim\worlds" there you find your Worlds. Simply Copy that name from the world you want and Paste / Write it in the "start_headless_server.bat" file on this point -world "YourWorldname"

Now start the server with this .bat file (Backup this file because with every Update it went back to stock.
Yeah, that's what I meant when I said I could create the seed in single player and then migrate the world over to the server box. I think that's perhaps the only way.

That is indeed the only way at the moment. You cannot set a fixed seed for the dedicated server currently.
The only way is to create a world with a custom seed in singleplayer. Then you copy that save file to your dedicated server.
You can pretty much not do any custom settings at all at the moment, hopefully they will implement ways to customize or at least to mod the servers..
