4netplayers the server does not start

Yesterday I left the server on and couldn't come back this morning. I noticed that the server has restarted and won't restart. I've waited over 40 minutes. Are they having problems with the server?

Same issue here. Don't understand why a game server provider doesn't have weekend support. Seems odd

Support - we help if something gets stuck
We are here from Monday to Friday We are open from 10:00 to 20:00, and on weekends from 10:00 to 15:00.
They Dont help .

anybody know how to manually stop/start 4netplayers servers?

Server started now and says "running" but still can't connect

it says active on the website, but cant connect on steam only shows the ip:port

go to game server on left of page, 3 icons on your server tab are stop, restart and config. Wouldnt bother though as i restarted mine and i still cant connect even though it says its running. Not a great 1st impression of 4playersnet having this kind of issue after only 1 day of renting

Same here, and they have no customer support on Sunday.. for reasons. Thinking about moving to different host..

Same issue here. Also I did write an email to them at 1pm and 2 hours no response (service hours until 3pm)...is there another hosting service that actually works on sundays, the day people play games?!
