2 Elder Locations on map

Hi, Can anyone help with this - I have 2 elder spawn points highlighted on my map.. One of them I've been to and killed the Elder.. the other I have not yet explored..

Every boss has multiple summoning locations. They're the same exact boss though just different locations you can discover to summon them.

Sorry new to the game first time playing.. didn't know you could have multiple spawn sites for the same boss... seems a little redundant..

There are likely multiple boss spawn locations to help take some of the sharp edges off of the procedural world generation. If one location would be very difficult to get to or fight in given your current base location and technological progress then the other location has a good chance of being better suited.

Sometimes an Elder altar might be on a tiny bit of Black Forest in the middle of Plains and/or Swamp, for example. The second location will likely be more forgiving.

The Elder Stone small one is just a register on map. It is not for summoning just shows you where on the map the summoning stone is, thats why there can be several.
