I lost Surtling cores

I collected Surtling cores in Black forest burial chambers while coming back suddenly my game crashed when I restarted I have Ruby, Amber pearl but I don't have Surtling cores. Anybody have any idea where it will be or it's completely lost.

Chances are, because the game only saves like every 20 or 30 minutes that the surtling cores are now back in the dungeon waiting to be looted again.

When your game crashes it either rolls back your progress or it teleports you to your bed and either deletes something or you keep everything.
Only the cores are missing? Not the other stuff you got?
