Mysterious Creatures at Night

When I'm riding my boat around the coast during the early morning or running around the mountain tops I spot strange creatures that disappear as soon as the sun comes up. In the meadows I have seen a ghostly figure with a stick walking around. In the mountains I spotted a weird bird or maybe it was a werewolf? I'm not sure and cant find info online so lmk

This is not Odin, he is "human" and got one blue eye

Who's the hooded black dude with a staff btw? Spotted him once in meadow biome while I was preparing my ship for sailing. Just standing there doing nothing.

would be neat to have a curse of turning into a fenring at night that either makes you go wild or can be controlled. cured with a rare potion.
