Bonemass and other stuff

Does anyone know if his icon will show up on map like the first two bosses? I have been scouring swamps found at least 5 different ones and have yet to find him. Any tips?

Yup! You may find his location from a crypt or a stone building around the swamps

You can't miss it, even if the icon doesn't appear on the map. His alter is a giant open skull with glowing green water.

If you are having trouble, there are always vegvísir in each biome. Roam the swamp looking for the SMALLER runestones. That is the wayfinder for the bosses.

Search for the rune,its either in a crypt or some building ruins, its random but aparently he likes to spawn on swamp islands with a few crypts around

Vegvisir are the runestones that drop a map marker on the boss locations.

Like the first two bosses? If so it's not happening with the 3rd.

you are not posting screenshots, just the gallery over and over...

but it doesn't show on map even if you find the altar on your own (I certainly haven't got map marker for the first boss until I clicked that marker). You always need to find the marker.

For bonemass it will be like in 1:3 chance in any swamp crypt (the red circle you need to click) once you dig it through and through.

I think this has helped the most I have to find him in crypts I haven't been doing that just been looking for alter outside like the others was. Thank you and I'll fix screenshots. One is a stone statue thing and one is the map i've covered and the other is a ruins that is underwater.

Yes like the first two bosses. The Vegvisir for Bonemass will be in a Sunken Crypt in the swamp Biome. Not all of the crypts have it
