World Seed/Server Reset...

I created a world, setup a password and had only my girlfriend join on the same network. We played on the server for 2 days and after logging back in this afternoon from playing last night, it seems the server reset. All my buildings are gone, the earth has reverted back to it's original form like no one had ever logged in. Everything is gone except for the things I logged out with on my character...

Anyone have this happen to them? Is there anyway to retrieve/reset the world from its last save point?

I had this exact same problem today. Logged in after building a fort for several days and suddenly everything was reset. Had any character, and could even look on my minimap and see where my bed was supposed to be. However everything else appeared to be reset. Would love to know if there is a fix, but I doubt it.

Yeah that is exactly what happened to me. I can still see my bed where my base was, but nothing there except for a fresh green forest now.

Anyone figured anything out about this yet? its weird. its like my world has reverted back in time by about 4 months worth of play (quite a few hours). so much effort and progress gone :D weirdly, all of my portals too.

Are any of you running mods, or were prior to the release of the caves content?

Sorry ladies and gents, I personally haven't run into this issue again. I was physically saving the game files after I logged off to avoid any wipes. Now that there's an auto save built into the game though, maybe you can dig into your game files and load an old save?

3 seeds different gameplays all unmodded that got completely reset - now all I got are 3 chars with some armour and that's just it - bees and piglets gone, elevated gardens gone, boats , bases and everything else

Turn off cloud save. This seems flaky at best at the moment. Hasn't affected me yet, and I used it for quite a while, but you better get used to backup all your stuff, just in case.
