Dedicated Server Not Responding For My Friends

When I start dedicated server on my PC only I can join the server. My friends can't join. I've tried all solutions that I can found but it didn't change. I think the problem is about the port that I create on my router. I think the my ports never work properly. The server is always not responding for my friends.

I've tried adding port on my security settings and turning of the firewall.
I've also tried to add +1 to port number while joining that I've selected for server.

I fianlly just connected. try the 2456, it just worked for me.

Do your Port looks open when you check it online on any website? Mine always looks closed.

When I add -public 1 it shows the port on that site. But does it mean people can join my server?

it sounds like a port closed issue , your antivirus will have a firewall if not windows defender will use its firewall you need to open your ports with them, also your router also has a firewall and they also need to be opened.

Try turning off your firewall and DMZ your router see if that helps. Bare in mind that the DMZ ip address needs to be the same as the system using to run the server.

For example your router ip might be 192.168.1.1 but your pc hosting the server might be 192.168.1.2 so you will need to dmz 192.168.1.2 and all port fowarding should be pointed at that ip too.

Hope this helps , Don't forget to un-DMZ your router when finished otherwise every port on your pc will be left open.

I've already turned off the firewall on my router, but now I also add DMZ to my ip adress(server pc) but still my ports seems closed when I check them with tool.

Yesterday the game worked, and this morning, from 7 to 11 am, I built a lot...
Logout, and I log at 2:30 pm, all was deleted.

It's the same since the Vulkan Update.
I build for example 1 hour, and 20 minutes are deleted.

One day I built during 3 hours and all was deleted...

I know it's an early access, but I'm very sad to rebuild again and again.

Yesterday I built 3 hours and only 10 minutes was deleted, but this morning, 1 hour was deleted...
i'm very disappointed, what is the problem on the dedicated servers,; I don't understand why some moments are deleted like this, like backups every time...

At this moment, the portals doesn't work, and we can' open some chests or doors.

I rent a dedicated server and had 0 problems like that unless i restarted the server and forgot to save it 1st.

Other than that i don't know what to tell you apart from its still an Early Access game so weird things are going to happen.
