change weather commands

so i am currently testing out a build on a solo server with commands turned on. but the groundfog and sumetimes other weather is hindering... is there a way to set it to sunny?

Only Time of Day afaik
"tod [0-1] - Sets time of day. Both 0 and 1 will give you midnight, whereas 0.5 will give you noon."
