" The Graphics" is ART guys, its ART!!

I can't help but laugh at the "its art".. granted, love the game, graphics dont bother me, because i know it was to help FPS, to make the game smoother, etc. but to Claim its ART is bs and funny. And the ones that claims its art, most likely like picasso... paintings a 4 yr old could make... which is why 4 yr olds love minecraft.

Do people use picasso as an example for stuff like this because of a lack of education? The guy did more than cubism.

Not sure why Devs would want to go for PS 1 graphics in this day and age, not sure I buy that to be honest. Probably more to do with money if the truth was to be known.

Any way what ever the reason the game graphics are fine, really different and at first I thought it would be off putting but once I bought the game, it's absolutely fine. Really enjoying the game. To be honest Cyberpunk 2077 is up to date graphics but that game to me is boring, all the fancy graphics in the world doesn't make a game great.

I'm cool with the Art style in this game, it has it's charm.

Well, everything can be art in the eye of the right observer, therefore the perception of art is highly subjektive. So even a painting done by a 4 year old can be art. Heck even paintings done by chimps.
Stating graphics of an computergame can't be art because you think so lets you just look very close minded and hostile. Why getting worked up about something such trivial?

I feel like a lot of games spend a ton of money paying artists to model and texture their game, and don't hire enough programmers to fix bugs and actually make the game work. My assumption was Valheim is kinda the opposite, a bunch of programmers and no artists.
