The Elder and Hugin (possible spoilers)

Hello All,
I killed The Elder and was expecting a visit from Hugin.

Should he have come or does he stop visiting?

I'm assuming next stop is The Swamp but would be nice to have some guidance from the bird :)

Same here, defeated Elder and dont know where to go next, have no idea where the swamp is.

did you hang the head at the sacrifice altar?, if you didn't then he will come to talk to you after.

He does not tell you where a swamp is. Its random depending on your seed. I found a swamp very far away with no crypt. Then another one across the ocean with 1 crypt where i found a stone table telling me where the Bonemass summon altar is, even further away in another swamp

You have to explore the world and find a swamp
