Is WeMod allowed?

I want to make a sandbox world with WeMod for myself to test things and a normal world for playing the game like it's meant to be played.

WeMod does have cheats for Valheim, uncertain as to if they would work in multiplayer or not, but for singleplayer testing, it should absolutely work.
