Best weapons against skeletons?

blunt weapons i believe. but sword should be ok as well.

Yes the two handed mallet you make with the deer trophies is by far the way to go, does a TON of damage and also stuns them briefly.

I dont know that mace. I have just killed the first boss and started venturing into the black forest. I have a club and the minin pick with antler if that's what you guys mean? :)

at that stage just go with the club. the spear is honestly way to wonky. and once you get the copper axe just go with that.

if you chop down a pine tree , get core wood, then upgrade your workshop to i think lvl 3 maybe just 2 but youll be able to craft the stagbreaker hammer, its a big aoe dmg hammer that would crush just about any small creature like a skeleton

I find that using the round shield to parry and a leveled up club made short work of the 3 dungeons i just ventured through. You got this! Take it slow and make good armor

THey are skeletons, so blunt weapons. Something to smash them bones.

Piercing isnt effective.
