Two Moders Spawning (Glitch?)

Just summoned Moder for the first time and two versions of the boss spawned at once. Only one healthbar displays (and it seems to only be tied to one of them, as hitting the other doesn't show on the bar).

Is this an intended for multiple players or have we stumbled on an unintentional hard mode?

I hope so. Do it again and tell us how to do it, so I can go messing with the fabric of space and time again.

Last time I did that on another game, the devs told me to stop it and murdered me in one shot. Had a good laugh that day. XD

Are you playing alone or multiplayer?

If you're in multiplayer it's possible to interact with things multiple times as a client. for example depending on connection a client can go past the 10 ore in a smelter.

So if you were playing with other people and somebody that wasn't the host spawned the boss. It might be a bug.

Playing multiplayer, so that certainly sounds like what's happened

1) put eggs into altar
2) spam E to spawn multiple moders (works if desync happens)

1) put eggs into altar
2) all players press E at the same time to spawn multiple moders (works always)




the healthbar displays closest one iirc
so they will switch at random moments
