You need three, 200 lbs, nonteleportable eggs to spawn this man. Do you expect us to crawl to his summon to fight him? Why not just one egg?

Check the mountain the altar is on. More often than not, there are a few eggs there. Makes it more bearable.

But yeah, I hated the egg hauling.

They do? I haven't had any respawn yet. Do you need to be in the area for a long time for them to respawn?

It's a pretty lengthy respawn. Over a few hours.

If you have discovered the Merchant invest in the Megingjord belt. It'll increase your carry weight to 450. Still gonna have to bring one egg at a time most likely, I was pretty lucky there were two right near the summon location along with one I had on me.

I am aware of them respawning, its just the transportation time it takes. You can carry one at a time unless you have nothing else on you.

I guess I just got lucky. I was able to park my boat close enough so the walk back and forth with the eggs took maybe 5 minutes total. I hadn't really considered how irritating it might be on another seed or a different location.
