how to unlock odin cape?

Me and friend have got the game just recently , one of them unlocked the cape of odin dlc , but we didn't why? How you unlock it ? It says is a dlc , but why he unlocked and I didn't?

it's a betaplayer reward.
there is no way for you to get or use it, if you didn't get the key from devs as a reward for participating and submitting feedback in closed beta

people who were in beta got DLC code
just use it on steam to get DLC

or use mod that unlocks DLCs that's also a way

then he either got code from one of the people who gived them away (or sold)
or got the mod for DLCs

If you use the cheats/mods, you can spawn it. Sounds like your friend did that

You cabt use it, even when spawning in, if you dpnt own the dlc
