Flattening a bump results in the opposite
So I am currently building a stone tower with a basement and there are some bumps that I can't flatten with my hoe so I used my pickaxe trying to remove them, to go over it with my hoe afterwards.
But the weird thing is that my pickaxe results in making the bump bigger O.o is that a bug or am I missing something.
So basically the other half of the basement ground is perfectly even but the other half just doesn't want to join haha

I experienced this while mining out every last piece of buried copper. I think there is a bottom and your basement is at it. I suggest grabbing some stone with your hoe. Raising your basement a little then evening it out. It'll be a shorter basement, but a flat basement

are you standing on the half you want to level it to? also, how deep is this basement compared to the original ground, there's a limit you can modify the ground up and down so maybe you hit that limit with half of it?

game has terraform limit +/- 8m from the default height, you need mod to remove it
you can't dig deeper/raise higher than this

when you try then weird stuff happens... like pickaxe raising height or raise lowering etc

Yeah if nothing else works I will need to do that. Damn the building in this game can be annoying when things don't work and you don't know why they don't work

I was thinking the same. It's just weird that the other half is nice and flat without problems. But I guess I did reach the limit
