No, even with mods its art to be respected as such.
Also a ton of people you think are using mods to bypass the build system, aren't, they just found tricks, like putting metal gates inside stone walls, ect. Its petty to assume they are cheating because its better then your own... no need for that!
I was inspired by the USS Valheim Build (there is a thread on here about it) and am currently building the USS Visund. a much smaller scout class vessel on the ground (kind of a crashed ship vibe) because of lack of stronger materials atm for supports.
I am having great fun with gravity and structural strength, but whoever built this monstrosity must have the patience of a saint and a brain the size of a planet.
