Creating tools/weapons with a higher level than 4.

I have seen people with and even been given hammers with level 999 and insane durability for building, and seen weapons with crazy high levels. How do I do this myself? I would like a high-durability build hammer and armor with ridiculously high protection so I can build in peace.

The well known memory editor allows to set Durability of most tools/weapons

Or you just spawn in items with a higher level as you can craft with teh command console

I have looked up many spawn commands but none work to get the level higher than one. For example: spawn SwordIron 1 5; spawn SwordIron 1 LordErik 5; spawn SwordIron 5 1. What is the memory editor you speak of?

Oh, that looks perfect. Thank you! And I wholly intend to only use it for good. I have been on servers that were griefed, and would never want that upon someone.
