Moder's Dragon tear

Hey all good afternoon,i want to ask something,i just killed Moder and based on my friends you get 10 dragon tears per kill but i only got 1 :/ is there any change on the loot table of bosses?? (thank god i was given tears to craft my artisan table by them )

We searched everywhere around the killing spot up and down and we got nothing (other than rocks that the boss abilities destroyed :( )

At least they gave you some of theirs. Let's just hope they didn't come from 'yours' to begin with. xD

No no it was theirs :P but its strange that i got 1 out of 10 , i thought those would drop as one pack not in different "pieces"

I killed her while she was still hovering over the side of a cliff, her head and tears all started rolling down the mountain toward a swamp way below where we fought. It was such a crazy end to such a long fight (and one where I died after she blew me up with a series of frost bombs, and I had to mad dash to my tomb to get all my gear, repair my bow, and get back to fighting before her health regenerated). After all that I was able to get 9 tears and her head, but they were scattered around. It was a stressful way to end it.

Hmm i think i need to go back and walk all the way down the cliffs then :/

That, or summon again. The dragon eggs do respawn after a while.

You say "We"... is it possible that somebody else picked them up and didn't notice it was in their inventory?

You say "We"... is it possible that somebody else picked them up and didn't notice it was in their inventory?

I asked them and they didnt had tears in their inv :( i will return and check on the bottom of the cliffs

You also stated that Moder had destroyed rocks, in which case it probably tore chucks out of the terrain too. So, look carefully in any of the holes made in the terrain.
I can understand it being a possible bug if no Tears at all were found, but if you were able to find one, then the rest of them must have dropped too... you just have to find them in time.

Do they? Awesome! I never bothered to go check since we found enough for two summons before restarting anyway.

It might be longer than average, but i revisited after a while and a dragon egg had respawned above some silver that i mined out. It may or may not be intentional that they respawn, I'm guessing it just uses the same structure as picking berries off a bush which respawn IDK 3-7 days later? (takes a really long time for rasberries to respawn).

This happened to us too. It took us ages to defeat Moder and we only got one dragon tear too. We’ve looked absolutely everywhere. Seriously disappointing.
