Key mapping
Hi! I use a different keyboard (dvorak for right hand) and the layout is different. On this setup the w, q, a, s, z, and x keys (on the keyboard) correspond to 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 0, respectively. Normally this isn't an issue because I can map them to what they need to be, however I cannot change the numbered inventory keys in the game. This means that I can only use inventory slots 1, 2, 3, and 4, which is pretty annoying. I doubt this is an issue for most of your players, but its really killing the game for me. Is there a possibility that this can get fixed at some point?

This should come in the future for sure. Even for WASD users there are plenty of other spare keys better suited for the hotbar.
You're never truly stuck on PC though. I'm sure there are guides for multiple different ways of solving this for yourself in the meantime.

If you don't mind using mods, you could use Custom Toolbar Hotkeys - https://www.nexusmods.com/valheim/mods/683

Does exactly what you want it to do.

Or you could try autohotkey:
https://www.autohotkey.com
you can map any key to anything with this. I use it to remap toolbar to numpad.

I would second this. While mods are nice and can be easier to use you are at the mercy of the author of the mod to update it each time there's a patch. With AHK, you are good to go after you set it up and game patches won't break it.
