Hey without spoiling anything is there a way to change my appearance at some point?
still early game but i dont like this big santa beard I picked lol

If you haven't figured it out, assuming you actually tried, then there is probably no mechanism for it. Try and find a mod if it's that important to you.

You can change appearance with the console
hair Hair# (Example: hair Hair2)
beard Beard# (Example: beard Beard4)
model # (0 for male, 1 for female)
