maybe a pile of bones.. maybe some amber and a necklace......
Mainly just "points of interest" some are just for show and some might be hiding buried chests, bones, or other goodies.
I'm reluctant to dig as it is right by the location for my new base and as I am still useless with a hoe, I fear ending up with a great big ugly hole lol.
It looks like this https://imgur.com/K1YpVvI
i think you need like 4 stone to raise terrain once.. it aint much..
then you can smooth it up and make it pretty with the hoe
Just when I thought I'd found the perfect spot
crypts and troll caves and all appear to be worked.
graves, following real life traditional viking sites, have many thin flat rocks stuck in the ground an make an 'obvious' graveyard or single tomb.
the plains, it is implied that the furlings there make stone shrines and such
and you find remains of stone buildings, ruins, archer towers, small castles, or sometimes just a foundation or stray rock-block (square building block that you will recognize once you have a stonecutter ).
the graves sometimes have treasure chests. its usually a large effort to dig them up, and the reward is currently underwhelming as money and vendor trash items have no purpose after a while (you need some for the vendor). I have 4 or 5 chests of vendor trash and many stacks of coins without having to dig for more...
If you plan to build a shelter there, just include a crafting bench and nothing can spawn within its radius.
