Swamp's stone wells

I have found a solid stone well filled with water, with green torches on it's sides and stairway leading into depts. I have no idea if there something interesting within, and may be it's just bug (you can see very similar structure in mountines), but green torches... it's certainly a part of that object and associated with swamp biome. What could it be?

It's a round tower base, same as the one in the mountains I think. AFAIK the water is just coincidence due to the low water level in the swamp. In the mountains, it has sub-surface levels.

Im just curious if its misplaced mountains object or designed for swamps.

Why not enter and find out? Drop a shelter near by with a bed. Strip off what you do not want to loose and go for it!!! Enjoy the adventure!!!

Vikings cant dive, unfortunately. I can only swim close to the surface since the well full of water. Damn, it looks so mysterious!

Ah yeah I was not getting the filled with water.....LOL. Perhaps it will be something opened up in the future.

Nothing special there is usually just a chest at the bottom.
