no turnip seeds.

Is it possible to have a whole world, 4 swamps and counting, and not find one turnip seed? Like wow. We cannot find turnip seeds.

Best to go at night.. looking for yellow flowers, usually, imo, besides the big fallen over logs you can build on.

Swamp is the darkest most cluttered biome, and the seed plants can be gard to see.keep searching, they're out there, and you only need 1 to get things started.

If it gets too frustrating, you can always console them, or have somebody join your game to give you some. But if you keep looking (easier to spot during the day) you'll find some.

Sometimes they're inside big rocks and stumps. You could play with your monitors colors to highlight that shade of mustard too, or get rid of foliage altogether (Works for finding mushrooms easier too).

They are not in every swamp that is for sure. Try walking and maybe it might be easier to see. You can go past them easily.

Turning off foliage in settings helps spot them a bit easier. The color blends in too much with the colors of the swamps IMO. Hopefully they will adjust the colors in a future update, but they are easy to miss and are quite rare compared to carrot seeds.

You need to sit down at eye level with the plants and there is a glitch that makes them show up like a beacon thru the other textures. I find it is best to sit down in shallow water so your eye is just a bit over water level.

Keep your search in the swap, but search along the borders of the biome. There is usually a steep grade into the Swamp, Search the flat area along that. (roughly 5 floor tiles from that grade).
Where the swamp and forest biomes meet seems to be best.
Be extremely careful along any plains border!!! (I'd suggest avoiding that stretch at this point in your game.)
Turnip seeds flowers are scattered and scarce in the swamp biome elsewhere, but this helped me out a while back. Obviously, turning down your vegetation settings will also help,
