"Mouse-3 Remove" doesn't work

I had question about mouse wheel which doesn't work for terraforming. Option "Mouse-3" Remove doesn't work even if I try to remap it to a different key. Anyone has same issue and maybe solution?

Yes my old mouse was the issue. It was a horrible old mouse because I was waiting to buy a new one. Now my wheel button works fine. Even kicking works fine. Before however I was able to reprogram it from mouse wheel to like ALT button. Not 100% if this answers your question

My gaming mouse has a special feature enabled by pressing the scroll wheel, so I needed to reconfigure the game controls in options, so that it uses one of the extra buttons on the mouse. If you don't have any extra buttons on yours, just change it to a key.

1) Delete mouse drivers OR Install mouse drivers.
2) If your mouse's driver app has mapping - try remapping it.
3) Repair the scroll wheel click.
4) Get a better mouse.
