Do spawners respawn?

I could swear, I destroyed a body pile in the swamps, and it reappeared at the same spot.
Do spawners respawn?

Never seen it personally. Not with draugr traps I’ve made to farm them or dwarf traps and I’ve had them running through several patches etc
Might be a HnH thing but not seen it happen

Not in the old version
And remembee that in swamp sometime are 2 o 3 spawners very close each to other , maybe you missed one of these ( sometimes takes time to spawn something )

This might be it. Sometimes there are 3-6 spawners close to each other,
Fun fact: I got my ass handed to me there 3 times.

I havent experienced spawners respawning but I have had skeletons respawn outside a burial in the black forest repeatedly while I mined copper nearby. I never seen them respawn pre-H&H so whos to say spawners dont respawn now also.
