can someone be kind enough to tell me how do we make sausages now. I have a ton of entrails but no sausage recipe in the cauldron.

However, it's made of Raw Meat, Thistle, and Entrails. So nasty! Why zombie entrails?!

Boil them, and us them as a casing, or something along those lines

Because no other mobs drop entrails.

I know that. ;) I was just pointing out that it has to come from the intestines of a zombie. Imagine eating sausages made from dead human corpses! Haha, so gross!

your bowstring would also be made of guts, most likely.

The guts are stuffed with the boar meat. So luckily not all of the stinky parts go in.

Also, some real sausages require you to remove the skin before eating it. I'd like to think my character does this before consumption xD

Its possibly a gameplay decision because boar entrails would work perfectly fine too!

more likely flax or hemp...in the sagas Gunnar asks his wife to give him hair to repair his bowstring when it is cut so it is unlikely "catgut" was used if hair was being referred to in a saga as a suitable repair material.

Getting turnip was indeed the trick for the cauldron upgrade recipe. Now i can make cheap sausages :D
