New Feature Request: Reclaim wrecked vessels.

New feature request: "It doesn't make sense that you can salvage a ship but it's still there afterwards."

Salvaging a wrecked ship in Astrela Starlight means just taking the contents of its cargo bay. Reclaiming a vessel means salvaging the ship's chassis for resources, then the ship disappears from the game. Currently, the player can only salvage wrecked ships.

Planned implementation:
Vessels of the faction "Derelict" would be salvageable, then reclaimable once salvaged.
Vessels of other factions that are wrecked in combat would be salvageable only.

There are many different types of wrecked vessels throughout the game so this was implemented over several releases. As of version 1.0001.0580, all vessels that are derelict by default can now be salvaged and then reclaimed for more resources.
