about skill and changing job

ex. if my job is fisher and my fishing skill is lv15 then change another class that cap fishing at lv 10, will i be able to get my fishing lv back to 15 if i ever want to change to fisher class or i need to lv it up again to from 10 to 15?

No you do not need to regain those ranks in fishing once you switch. You will be R15 when you switch back to a job that favors fishing.

Actually, with the new Boston Thesis, you can now level it to R17.
