End game questions
I'm having trouble with the final button/cube puzzle. This is even after reviewing the "Walkthrough" discussion topic. I've associated the diary pages with colors as follows: orange, purple, white, yellow, black, red and associated the diary page words with the glyph alphabet as follows: receive=reception=6, linked=liaison=3, visible=vision=7, observation=observation=14, attracts=attraction=8, and Terran mankind=people=10, but I'm having the most trouble assigning numbers to the buttons, specifically determining the order to be used. I have tried a top-to-bottom numbering scheme, but that doesn't work. I thought maybe diagrams of the three cubes in the journal provided some clues, but I can't seem to interpret them correctly, if that is the case. Has anyone gotten past this?

So, no, you're in a puzzle really easier here : just read the text (available on the Ki Diary), and find the word representing the concept in the main Diary. It will show you the symbol you'll have to reproduce. Be aware that I've given the solution in the picture in my previous message ^_^

You're totaly right in this puzzle understanding. In aim to click on the right button, just consider that the circle presentation is only a curved version of the presentation of the symbols in the diary. So if you want to clic on the 8th button, it's the first starting on the left-down. Like in this picture :

Thank you for answering, but I must be missing something because I don't see a "circle presentation" as mentioned in your post. All I see is a wire-frame cube with buttons on segments of the wire-frame. I cannot seem to associate the buttons correctly; Also I noticed that while your picture showed 14 buttons, there are actually 16 in the wire-frame cube. Your picture did confirm that I had made the proper color-symbol-number correlations, but (sorry) did not help me understand how to assign those numbers to the buttons on the wire-frame cube segments. I am feeling rather dense right now :-) Do I need to do something to the wire-frame cube to get the "circle presentation" to appear? Or is it a matter of looking at the wire-frame cube more carefully?

OK, that makes a lot more sense - thank you! It seemed likely that I was to re-create a symbol with that wire-frame cube; I should have just gone ahead with that approach and I would have found the true last puzzle instead of thinking the next-to-last was the last.

Awesome ending! I liked the tie-in to ASA with the mention of the ark. I am currently playing ASA now and smiled at the words
