Any bonus levels/challenges for 100%?

Is is worth it collecting 100%?

To be honest the game is a bit boring so I only would like to finish the sublevels and move on so is there anything great I would miss when I don't aim for 100%?

costumes... theres one sequence at the end of greeds area but its not very long or fun honestly. i mostly enjoyed seeing the areas i missed when collecting everything
