Not sure if anyone is allowed to say, but the first scene w/ Clementine and the water, is the bottom part supposed to be blurred w/ the R18 patch? Or did I install it wrong?

Noticed a number of black screen with lines through them in the Monster gallery. Is this missing content or content to be added? From everything I have unlocked I don't see any critters or events that I have missed in game off hand but I was curious.
