DMM.com have a oversea website Nutaku.net that has uncensored version of Kamihime-R. But they block user with Japanese IP.

I haven't read the japanese laws but there are big japanese publishers that release mosaic free for the west. I don't know if they escape the laws over a sub branch in the usa or another country that publishes those games. Either way you might also be able to find an agreement with a company like mangagmer, that they officialy publish it for you so it can be released mosaic free. The things I've noticed so far are that all the mosaic free games/patches can't be accessed from japan so a geo block for the mosaic free patch might allready be sufficient.

Holy hell, man! I played some of the game without the patch and thought it was a pretty decent game...out of curiosity, I installed the patch and my freaking jaw is still on the floor! Jeez, you weren't kidding about explicit content :P. I was expecting some stuff, but...I wasn't prepared for something this surreal. I think I'll add this game to my collection of guilty pleasures...keep up the good work!

ya it's gonna get squirrely with steam and adult rated games so watch things idk why but it seems to be a topic that wont go away,
honestly adult rated games do Not belong here ever theres the whole internet out there and kids use this too so we have to be respectful in that fact,

haveing a link right here in steam hub for kids to get unsensered patch may not fly well with valve and they would be in the right,, the fact that a dev made this post

Well the patch has around 700mb while the uncut DLsite version is listed with around 850mb. That should answer your question.

Kids can murder FICTIONAl people here playing gta or some other games but FICTIONAl boobies - nooo, they are too brutal and violent. This "Think of the children" argument never gets old

Even censored game says its 18+, so i guess its parents responsibility to watch what their Kids watch&play. But i think kids should be kids, they should be loved and educated not overprotected. Also i would too prefer proper 18+ version of steam with uncensored stuff, but i guess its too complicated and we have to get by with patches for now.
