Error code help

i logged in my square enix account in the game and its not working now every time i boot up the game it says error code 05-010-0100-0999

yes i found a solution! i refunded the game... but in truth i have contacted SQ support and they said there's nothing they can do to help me. i don't think they're lazy it might be because my internet is very slow on my computer but my ps4 it works fine so im moving there... i do recommend the demo on ps4 or 5 (wish there was a demo on steam) to test the waters of the game and internet... hope this helps

Hi. I have just installed this demo on my PS4 that I downloaded as a free PSPlus game. It has been sat in my Library for a while. After installation all I get is Error Code: 04-0010-0655 and “A connection error has occurred”.

At first I thought it was my VPN until I remembered that my Desktop is on the VPN, not my PS4.

As it is only a demo and it has taken me a while to get around to running the demo anyway, I think I will just write it off to experience and delete it. Save myself 3.15gb of space. I guess it’s possible that the error code may mean that the publisher is no longer supporting the demo version.
