How to quickly increase Yin and Yang?

I'm asking this question here because I've been looking all over the internet at how to quickly gain XP for both styles.

On one forum, it was written that you need to do a lot of combos (but not that many), you need to do a lot of attacks (even with defense or counterattacks, not really), or not use Burts.
And it really varies, but already, it was recommended to do it in a map with a lot of enemies.

And I level all the styles with a lot of characters, and it annoys me that I don't know how to quickly level up both styles, without knowing the best methods to use.

I think the stages with lots of enemies are better for that, comparing how fast we level up the characters on those stages
