I agree. Their playstyle is too clumsy. Maybe it's just my memory, but in SV Hibari was better (maybe because SV has faster movesets for all characters, but still Minory is bad).

It would be better to just simply adjust her move set. In new games it could be a character development, because she already would be a 2nd year student.

-medium attack speed
-below average damage
