voice volume very quiet

i havent even changed the voice volume and its hella quiet. its at 100 for all sounds since i've barely played the game yet. when i boot the game up and the girls say the title its normal volume but the narrator and story voice volume is barely audiable, so much so that i'd probably have to turn off the BGMs and SFX to even hear them. any ideas why this would happen?

Gotta bump here. Just bought the game, besides not offering to configure from the start, I pretty much could hardly heart any voice. Even on Config they were still to low besides it being on 100. The only way to play would be to tune the whole PC volume up, and turn Music and SFX down to about 10.

Yes, this started to happen when the patch 2 arrived, now the voices are too low ingame :/

I had this problem as soon as I installed the game. I am using a sound blaster sound card. I corrected the voice volume problem by going into my audio settings and changing the speaker set up from 5.1 to stereo speakers. I assume the game is trying to output voices on some 5.1 channel that I do not have connected to my computer.
