Just going by the core series games that are available on Steam, the chronological order would be:

1. Burst Re:Newal
2. Shinovi Versus
3. Estival Versus
4. Peach Beach Splash

And then maybe the second season of the anime based off a mobile game that didn't get a global release. It may or may not be canon, but it's worth mentioning simply because it's more accessible content.

Apart from those, you have Deep Crimson on the 3DS which is an alternate timeline story following Burst. There are also some total spin-offs across various platforms like Bon Appetit, Reflexions, and Peach Ball.

It's worth noting that while Bon Appetit isn't exactly canon to the main timeline, it does get acknowledged in the later games. There's also an OVA special that you should watch before Estival Versus. It's sort of a prologue, and its events are directly referenced later on.

Additionally, Deep Crimson introduces characters who are really important to the plot on the main timeline. It's not strictly necessary to know them in advance, but it's recommended if you happen to have a 3DS. Play it between Bon Appetit and the Estival Versus OVA.
